How do you charge?

We charge users using a credit system. Each downloaded image costs one credit to download and we offer four paid tiers alongside our free plan: Pro, Business, Unlimited and Ala-Carte.

Are the images really royalty free?

StockLibrary.ai users fully own all the images they’ve created, even if their subscription has expired, and they’re free to use those images however they’d like - on their website, apps, ads or even billboards.

What is your refund policy?

At StockLibrary.ai, we have a 100% refund policy! If something goes wrong, simply log in to our application and speak with our support team in the live support chat. In most cases, we process refunds on the same day. However, please keep in mind that depending on your country and bank, it may take a week or two for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Is there a free trial?

We issue 3 free credits for all new signups. Simply register for an account, and you'll receive the initial credits to start generating and downloading images for free.
